What a booking on Fro actually looks like.

Fro is a marketplace for services delivered at your address. Here is the whole journey, from the first search to the receipt, with no surprises hidden in a help article.

    Browse or watch

    Search by category, filter by tag, or open Discover, a vertical feed of real jobs filmed by providers near you. Book the person whose work you just watched.

  2. 02

    Pick a real slot

    You only ever see times the provider has actually published. Some services ask a few booking questions first, so they arrive with the right kit for the job.

  3. 03

    Confirm where and how

    Set the address and any access notes. Your phone number and exact address stay inside Fro until the booking is confirmed, and messaging stays in the app.

  4. 04

    Pay into escrow, not to a stranger

    Your card is authorized when the provider accepts and captured when work starts. The money sits in escrow. Neither side can touch it until you confirm.

  5. 05

    Watch them arrive

    Follow the route on your map with a live ETA and a push update at every stage. At the door you read out your 6-digit code; the provider enters it to start.

  6. 06

    Approve, review, tip

    Before-and-after photos are attached to the booking. Approve the work to release payment, leave a review, and add a tip if you want to. Tips go entirely to the provider.

Changed your mind? Cancel before work starts and the hold is released. You are not charged. If something goes wrong, report it from the booking and our team picks it up in a message thread you can follow.

Protected Payments

Your money waits until the work is done.

Fro holds payment in escrow. The provider is paid when you say the job is done.

Every payment runs on Stripe.

Pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Card details are tokenized by Stripe. Full card numbers and CVV never reach Fro's servers, and Fro stores only the brand and last four digits so you can recognise your card.

Providers are paid into their own Stripe Connect account. Until Stripe finishes verifying them, they cannot publish a service or accept a booking.

Cancel before work begins and the hold is simply released. You are not charged.

Keep your full price
