You travel to the customer
Every Fro service is delivered at the customer's location. Only offer areas you can actually reach.
For Providers
Fro brings you customers who already know what they want and have already paid. You show up and do the work.
Name, photo, and the work you do. You start as a customer account and add provider details from Profile → Become a Provider.
Set the radius you are genuinely willing to travel. Every Fro job happens at the customer’s address, so the radius is a promise, not a preference.
Four commitments, in plain English. You tick them once and they govern every booking you accept.
Connect your bank through Stripe. You stay a customer-only account until Stripe finishes verifying you. Then provider mode unlocks automatically.
Fro never holds your money in its own name. Every payout lands in a Stripe Connect account that belongs to you. That is why connecting Stripe is a gate rather than a settings screen: until Stripe reports your account as payout-enabled, you cannot publish a service or accept a booking. Your account simply stays a normal customer account in the meantime. The moment verification clears, provider mode switches on by itself. There is nothing to email us about and no queue to wait in.
Stripe collects the identity, tax, and banking details it needs directly. Fro stores only the references it needs to pay you: your Connect account ID, your bank name and last four, and your payout status.

Once you accept a booking, show up on time or cancel early enough for the customer to rebook.
Your services, pricing, and any licences you list must be accurate and yours.
Payments run through your connected Stripe account. Taking bookings off-platform can end your provider access.
Stripe verifies your name, address, date of birth, and bank account. Until it clears, you cannot publish a service or accept a booking.
Upload the licence number, issuing authority, region, expiry, and document images. Our team reviews it category by category. A licence approved for one category does not badge another.
Prove you own your Instagram or TikTok so the portfolio customers are looking at is verifiably yours.
Fro does not run third-party criminal background checks and never claims to. Customers are told exactly what has been checked: identity through Stripe, licences by our team, and social profiles by ownership proof, on the Trust & Safety page.
The customer’s card is authorized the moment you accept. Nothing has moved yet.
Funds are captured when the job actually starts, after the arrival code is entered.
Held while you work. Neither you nor the customer can touch it.
Credited to your Fro wallet when the customer confirms, or automatically 24 hours after you mark the job done.
Both are added on top of the price you set, so the number you list is the number you keep. The customer sees the total before they pay.
Longer holding periods carry a lower cut. Withdraw on demand at any time from $10, or pay $1.50 for an instant transfer.
Bundle sessions at a discount and get paid up front, with the same 20% + processing added on top of your bundle price.
Buy points with a card or from your wallet, then spend them on Video Boost, Search Priority, Sponsored Search, or a Featured Profile when you want more work.
Invite providers by @username, group them, split revenue on shared jobs, and broadcast overflow work to a team pool that nearby providers can accept.
Earn 5% of Fro's lifetime platform earnings from every provider you refer, paid from settled revenue. Refunds reverse the matching commission.
Provider mode unlocks inside the Fro app as soon as Stripe finishes verifying you.
The app lands soon. Join the list on the home page to hear first, or read the provider FAQ for the details.
